ABOUT
Animal Explorers is a joyful 60-minute weekly class where young artists dive into the world of sketching, sculpture, shading, and self-expression! In this creative, hands-on art series, young artists explore the animal world through the work of famous artists who drew and sculpted animals. Students will be inspired by artists such as Eric Carle, Romero Britto, Rosa Bonheur, Franz Marc, and Jeff Koons while working with a variety of materials including watercolor, colored pencil, alcohol markers, and air-dry clay. Each lesson builds foundational art skills like shading, perspective, texture, and 3D form, while encouraging creativity, confidence, and self-expression. This playful yet skill-building program is perfect for students who love animals and want to grow as artists.
